House full of Germs...

Ok so Sunday David woke up with a a slight temp and generally not in the best of moods. Which to be fair is hard to tell the difference as most days with a #toddler are comparable to Jeckle and Hyde! Anyways, we trundled through Church etc, but Monday brought a hacking cough and sky high Temp. So since then we have been diffusing the #OnGuard blend from #doTERRA, killing the nasties, and using #peppermint and Air for the cough and Temp. So far Davids doing ok, its just a shame there is no doTERRA blend for grumpiness (Mummy's or David's - its a toss up to which is worse!) But it has made me reflect on how grateful I am that I don't have to get childcare and go to work. #becauseofavon I can stay home and give him all the Mummy cuddles he needs and I know that my #business won't suffer. He did recover a little energy yesterday lunchtime and decided to make me a pepperoni pizza (#playdough people) I mean there's only so much enthusiasim you can muster for playdough being shoved in your face and a little voice saying 'eat it mummy'. Bless!! And today I literally am looking up every 5 mins to see him in a different outfit. Being held at watergun point was a particularly low point, but at least the lad hasn't discovered worms yet. There is hope for my sanity yet!

But I can't complain (much) I love that little fella to bits. I'm actually feeling a little emotional at the moment. He finishes nursery next Tuesday and then it's my last summer with him before he starts full time #primaryschool. I am mixed with guilt that i've not taken him on more adventures or cherished more of our moments (or let's face it, more chances to go on holiday when it was #offpeak and alot cheaper!) Am i the only Mummy that feels like this? I just can't believe how quick this time has come around. You think that you have all the time in the world, and everyone says cherish the moment because they #growuptooquick. And honestly at the time I thought was, but now i'm not so sure I did. And now here we are, he can't wait to go to big boys school, we are now broke for the summer after ordering all the logo #schooluniform, and i feel as though life is zooming by!

But we are going to make the best of these #summerholidays as we can. Today I am trying to make time to update my #avon website www.a-reps.co.uk so keep an eye out for some changes. I feel like I have a big long list of jobs to do and not enough hours in the day! But at least I don't need to worry about finding #childcare for the summer holidays. I can keep working and earning whilst I try and give David the summer holiday of his life. Full of junk modelling, picnics, playing in the park and hopefully (weather permitting - Ha! It's England) The Beach! We don't intend to spend to much, we plan to take David to #chesterzoo for this #birthday. But the pennies are being saved for spending money at #disney! My dream this year was for #avon to pay for me to take my little boy to #disneylandparis this year. And our dream has come true. We are all booked and paid for. I love to see how my business has grown this year, not just in earnings, but in the friendships i've made and the fantastic Reps and customers who have supported me.
